I was born and raised in West Los Angeles, not a particularly sporty or active girl. I preferred reading and writing poems for most of my childhood.

At 15,  I managed to stumble into a local yoga studio and never looked back.

It seems yoga has always been this way for me in my life: It has a history of coming up almost by divine intervention, if you believe in that, and it always changes EVERYTHING.

To spare you details, which you can read about in my blog, in 2009 I became a certified yoga instructor under Tamal Dodge (who I consider to be the best of the best you could ever practice under and learn from).

I work with celebrities, I work with companies that provide yoga to their employees, I work with mommy's-to-be, I work with anyone that is willing to get on a mat.

I have completed a 200hr yoga training, Thera-Yoga Yin training, Prenatal Yoga training , as well as Trauma-informed yoga training. And am constantly taking more continuing education classes so I can consistently and safely improve the lives of my students and clients.

I love what I do and thankfully...there are people that love me doing what I do, too!
